CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

 

Placing Your Order

 

Gift Orders :   If you are buying a gift for someone else, type that person’s name and address in the section called “Shipping Address.”

 

Gift Certificates :  You may use your Gift Certificate to purchase products online or when you call us at 07 3847 6843.

 

International :   If you are shopping from outside Australia, please click here to find the international office nearest you.  Please note that customer service policies may differ from office to office.

 

If you make a credit card purchase on a Grace to You website, we will charge all deliverable products based on your shipping address; we will charge all downloadable products (like MP3s) based on your billing address.

 

Tax :   All prices listed on gty.org.au include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required under Australian law for new products sold in Australia.

 

Processing Your Order

 

Mailing List :  When you place an order, we automatically add you to our mailing list to receive letters from John MacArthur.  Grace to You does not sell, loan, or give information from our mailing list to other companies or organizations.

 

If you would like us to add or remove you from our mailing list, please email your request (letters@gty.org.au) and provide your full name and address.

Cancellation :   Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled.  You may call Customer Service at 07 3847 6843 for more information.

 

Shipping Your Order

 

Downloads :  To ensure delivery of your MP3 download keys, please set your spam filter to allow emails from orders@gty.org.au and double check that you entered your correct email address.  Once you’ve received your download keys, you have 30 days to download your files.  There are no refunds on downloaded materials.

 

Shipping :   Orders will normally be shipped within three business days, but please allow up to four weeks for delivery of items not in stock at the time of ordering. You will be informed of any expected delay in shipping your orders.

 

Replacing/Refunding Your Order

 

We will replace or refund defective products, damaged products, or incorrect products in your shipment in accordance with the following stipulations:

 

For all replacements and refunds, you must return the damaged, defective, or incorrect product—call or write us for specific instructions.  Please make sure you package your return securely; also include in the return your contact information and the reason for the return.

 

We will refund your money by credit card or cheque, depending on the original payment method.  There are no refunds for internet specials, downloadable products, or MP3 sermons on hard drive, but we will replace them if they are defective.

Payment Options

 

We will process your order in Australian dollars, and we reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

 

Credit Card

 

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.  Payment Express handles our credit card processing and security.  If you do not feel comfortable using a credit card online, you may contact our office, 07 3847 6843, to discuss another method. 

 

Security Policy

 

Payment Express is a Visa and MasterCard certified solution, developed by DPS, which facilitates seamless electronic payments.  All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted, in compliance with international standards.
